Business Description: Maverick SoftWash is a Roof and Exterior Cleaning Company co-branding with SoftWash Systems. SoftWashing is the alternative to pressure washing. We use water-based, biodegradable chemicals. They emulsify dirt and grime, break down bugs nests and webs as well as kills mold, mildew, algae and bacteria, sanitizing the surface we are cleaning. SoftWashing uses only one-third the water of pressure washing, lasts four to six times longer and doesn't erode the surface, like pressure washing often can.

It had been almost 5 years since my roof was cleaned by the Maverick Soft Wash. Some black streaks appeared on my roof . Maverick made their 5 year guarantee good. Workers came to my home within a few days of my call requesting their services. I really appreciate a company that stands by their promise!
