Business Description: Superior SoftWash is a professional exterior cleaning service, a pioneer in Roof & exterior SoftWash cleaning. In addition to background checks and pre-employment drug screening, we employ an exhaustive Apprenticeship Certified Applicator training program, nationally recognized as the best in the industry. What is SoftWashing? Instead of the blowing and blasting of a pressure washer, we use an agricultural sprayer system (not a pressure washer) to apply a water-based, biodegradable cleaning solution. This kills the mold, mildew, algae, fungi, moss and lichens that discolor your home. We also emulsify the dirt and grime, breakdown bugs' nests and spiders' webs too. We rinse this away at virtually a garden hose pressure. The result is a clean, sanitzed home surface that lasts 3-6X longer, uses about 2/3 LESS water, without the noise or damage of a pressure washer. We also offer some power washing service where needed, especially specialty stain removal like rust and efflorescence (the chalky white substance on brick, stone, and concrete.

I had left a message last week There is a stain on the rear deck which was not entirely removed. I just need to know if that is permanent and you guys are not able to do anything further ?

The team did an excellent job in treating and cleaning our home exteriors, roof and patio. We have used Superior Soft Wash in the past and the exteriors did not need any wash for 6 years. Highly recommend Superior Softwash!

The cleaning is mostly good, unfortunately there were rags left in our yard, a number of potted plants were moved off our deck and left in the yard and some plastic bags that were used to protect various electrical/internet boxes on the outside of the home were also not removed.
