What is SoftWashing? Instead of the blowing and blasting of a pressure washer, we use an agricultural sprayer system (not a pressure washer) to apply a water-based, biodegradable cleaning solution. This kills the mold, mildew, algae, fungi, moss and lichens that discolor your home. We also emulsify the dirt and grime, breakdown bugs' nests and spiders' webs too. We rinse this away at virtually a garden hose pressure. The result is a clean, sanitzed home surface that lasts 3-6X longer, uses about 2/3 LESS water, without the noise or damage of a pressure washer.
We also offer some power washing service where needed, especially specialty stain removal like rust and efflorescence (the chalky white substance on brick, stone, and concrete.

They covered bushes and then rinsed them well after removing the covers.
The helper needed to be cautioned about dragging the hoses through flower gardens.
