He gave my AC the most thorough cleaning and assessment that I have ever had with any other HVAC company. I had a lot of questions about maintenance which he politely answered. They changed my appointment 4 times without ever calling or notifying me. I took off the whole afternoon to find out they rescheduled me for late afternoon which I wouldn’t needed to take off for. I did talk to Jason your service manager and he said you guys are fully aware of your problem in dispatch. No communication, you really need to fix it. My only complaint is my appointment was set for 8-10 am and John didn't arrive until 11:15; seems like fewer appointments should be set for each block of time so technicians arrive timely. Customer service should do better in scheduling appointments, keeping us informed and the call center needs to improve. Yesterday they told me my appt was between 9:30-10:30 and when no one showed up by 10:45 they told me I didn't have an appointment. I then figured out how to get in touch with a local person who was very informed.
