But, in practice, with the replacement of a gas pipe at my house, it has been one misstep after another that has lasted since early November. I don't see how the company could have profited by this project. Perhaps it was due to a somewhat unorthodox installation (that I was perfectly comfortable with, by the way). I'm not angry at all, and I don't want to demean you with a public uncomplimentary rating. Someone who really cares can call me on my home phone. Bob Larose. By Pappano B. on 1/10/2025 8:42:30 AM In November 2024 we paid Hawkins $21,000 to have every single piece of our pool equipment replaced after losing it all in the hurricanes. Unfortunately the hot tub jets and lights are not working properly. The gentleman above, Austin, could not figure out was wrong. Today we received several invoices for thousands of dollars of new Hayward equipment after Kris just installed all new Jandy equipment. What is going on?
