He expertly replaced the 13-year-old, 50-gallon water heater in our garage and provided necessary information on the new unit. He also replaced the aging pvc main shutoff valve and pressure relief valve at the exterior of our home, replacing the worn-out pvc/plastic with functional brass and steel parts. He also inspected all the plumbing fixtures in our home, and made helpful adjustments. At the finish, he thoroughly cleaned the work areas and hauled off the old equipment. Overall, Thomas’ service was knowledgeable and professional. I would use Modern Plumbing and Thomas again.
