Installer was perfect. Very patient with me as I had lots of questions. He talked me through everything just as Jim did. So very excited to take a new shower tonight. Again, nothing but professionalism. Recommend to ALL

I am happy to report that the installation process was done in a completely professional manner. Announced by text of the arrival time followed by removal and installation of new equipment in 3 hours. The work area was clean. No empty glue cans, waste cuts of pipe or loose screws. Very much satisfied with the installation of or new RO system from Joe Water. Thank you all for providing a much needed water service in SWFL.
