During the estimate, he said since this is an older home, there may be a problem getting the stems away from the 36 year old pipes. Worst
case senerio…we may need to gain bigger access by cutting out a section of drywall. Fortunately, he worked patiently (finding a specialty tool) to avoid that extra cost which saved us about $600.00 and a big mess!
