Business Description: IDW is a full service window cleaning, roof cleaning and softwashing company. Serving Ohio/Indiana customers since 1992, IDW was founded by Keith and Lisa Kroehler in Minnesota. They moved the business to Lisa's hometown of Lima, Ohio in 1992. IDW's window cleaning business serves residential homes and commercial accounts such as universities, hospitals, government buildings, corporate centers, banks, hotels and more. For our residential clientele we also offer gutter cleaning, pressure washing, light fixture and chandelier cleaning. The softwashing process can be used on residential or commercial accounts. Our gentle spray of environmentally friendly cleaners kills algae, mold and mildew on roofs, siding, building facades, decks, patios, stone or brick retaining walls, pavers, driveways, sidewalks, gutter fronts and more.
